Inspired by the vintage aesthetic of a bygone era, our confections are more than sweets. They're characters, memories, and whispers from another time. Each chocolate, bon bon, and pastry is handcrafted in small batches right here in Alamo Heights, with fine ingredients and a touch of intrigue.

Meet the Chocolatier
Midnight Chocolatier is the dream of a lifelong romantic, a storyteller at heart, and a firm believer that chocolate should never be ordinary. I began in a tiny kitchen with a few simple tools, a deep love for vintage glamour, and an even deeper craving to create something meaningful.
A classically trained Pastry Chef and Chocolatier, I spent years in the corporate bakery world as a Research and Development Chef, developing cakes and petite sweets by day, then transitioning and working through midnight to build something of my own. What began as late-night recipe testing in a tiny kitchen became a true grassroots endeavor: pop-up markets, small-batch production, and chocolate crafted with heart. Over time, it grew into something far more - an experience, a conversation, a moment of joy shared between souls. Those first small markets blossomed into wholesale partnerships and a devoted following. Today, each chocolate is a tribute to the past, crafted with intention, and laced with a bit of mystery.
