Vinnie the Hat
Hidden beneath a nondescript tailor shop, Vinnie’s speakeasy was nothing short of legendary. Inspired by his infamous hideaway, our space is filled with sultry jazz, art deco details, and hand-painted bon bons that carry the essence of the era. Visitors whisper a password into a gilded phone receiver beside a full-length mirror. His bar blends 54% dark chocolate, organic raspberries, strawberries, and blueberries.

Under glittering chandeliers and a haze of smoke, she owns the room, rhinestones catching every eye. Confident, sophisticated, unforgettable. Her bar blends white chocolate with organic raspberries and Persian pistachios.

People are instantly drawn to him, but he never reveals everything. He connects with ease, yet there’s always a part of him that stays veiled, inviting curiosity, but never full understanding. His bar is white chocolate infused with freshly ground coffee and whole coffee beans: smooth, bold, and just a little mysterious.
